Payment & Insurance
We accept most forms of payment and will work with your insurance companies. Payment of services is due upon completion of work unless insurance is billed. Once insurance has been billed any outstanding balance is due within 30 days of notification, unless payment plans are made with Kay B. Christensen Dental in advance of the bill reaching past due.
